7. Services and Delivery

We offer various pharmacy services including free local delivery within Mmabatho. Service terms:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
• We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders accurately and promptly
• Product availability may vary; we will contact you if items are unavailable
• Delivery is subject to verification of prescription validity where applicable

8. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and medical aid claims where applicable
• Medical aid pricing is subject to the terms and conditions of your medical scheme

9. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and pharmaceutical regulations:

• Medicines cannot be returned once dispensed due to health and safety regulations
• Non-pharmaceutical products may be returned within 6 months if unused and in original packaging (as per CPA)
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with your rights under the CPA
• Please contact us immediately if you receive incorrect items or have quality concerns
